Hello everyone!
In our third session, we will be focusing on emotions, mainly on how emotions are recognized, regulated, and expressed. Furthermore, we will explore the social cognitive aspects of emotions and comparative topics such as social media & emotion, emotion & gender.
We will begin by learning the foundations of research emotion by Barrett, a scientist leading in this area. This time, you can choose a specific area of interest, read the relevant article, and share your insights and connections with other topics. This approach aims to create a richer exchange of ideas and encourage more interactive discussions.
Materials for the reading session can be found in the following drive folder, along with information specifying which pages to read:

We will also update you through our WhatsApp group with videos and diary material, which will be very enjoyable for those who want to learn more about emotions and be critical of them.
